Subsea friction clamps and hold back clamps are used for a variety of reasons in flexible pipe deployment and recovery.

These can be designed to control and position riser buoyancy during the installation flexible risers, aid recovery in decommissioning or to provide a latch position for hold back clump weights. All friction clamps can be designed with hold back tie in points and lifting points to aid installation.

Our clamps are manufactured in-house and are subjected to a formal load testing and certification procedure by an independent third party authority.
